What is the benefit of a Menopause Membership?
Your membership covers one 30-minute face-to-face or video visit follow-up each month and 24/7 access to the patient portal and lab, imaging, referral and prescription coordination, without copays or hidden fees for 3 months.

Do you accept insurance?
Green Mountain Menopause is a self-pay practice. We do not accept insurance and are not in-network with health insurance providers.
We can offer billing statements upon request to submit to your insurance. We recommend that you speak directly with your insurance company about coverage of medical services and corresponding reimbursement rates.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via ACH and most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Payments are made in the patient portal, a HIPPA-secure payment system.

Do you offer in-person visits?
In-person visits may be available at our Burlington office for personal consultations. Additionally, we offer telehealth visits via video through our HIPPA-secure platform to ensure you receive care at your convenience. Let us help you find the best option for your needs.

Can you order blood work or medications?
Yes, we can order lab testing and prescribe medications as part of your care plan and treatment.

Do I need a referral?
No, a referral is not necessary for you to receive care from Green Mountain Menopause.

What if I have to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
For pay-per-visit patients, we uphold the following policies:

Cancellation/Rescheduling within 24-48 hours:
50% of visit cost -
Cancellation/Rescheduling within less than 24 hours:
100% of visit cost
(this may be waived if due to illness/extenuating circumstances)
